Our Philosophy

We take pride in our loving care of animals. Each of us have unique pets and breeds that we love to talk about. We are all about bringing the same love we have for our pets to yours. We specialize in helping the kiddos who have not had good grooming experiences in the past by taking our time to get to know each pet, taking notes with each groom to better support your pets needs. 

Policies and Procedures

 Our pricing is based on size and condition and is not negotiable. Refunds are not given due to not being able to glue the hair back onto your pet, however, if you are unhappy with your cut, please let us know that day so we can fix and or make note of your grooming goals. Always remember, your brushing habits determine what we are able to do to your pet’s coat. We will always choose humanity over vanity. We will not brush out severe matting, it hurts your pet, and that is not what we do. If your pet is matted, we will use whatever size blade we are able to get under the knots to make your pet more comfortable. Matting is serious business that causes loss of blood flow and circulation to your pets skin and coat, which could result in skin conditions and irritations. We will always put the pets safety over vanity every time, so if you have a style you like and want to know how to get there, we are happy to help. All sales are final!


We work on multiple pets at a time, we tend to run 3 to 4 hours per pet perfection. We are located in a busy shopping center which does not allow us the luxury of having outside facilities to eliminate on. Please ensure your pet has the proper time to eliminate before your appointment, and or wait on feeding until their pick-up. We do charge a $20 daycare/no-show fee for any pet left longer than 1 hour after their given call/SMS window time or people not showing up for their appointments without 24 hour cancellation. Multiple no shows is grounds for termination of service.

If we do not answer the phone, we will get back to you as soon as possible, however, we may be with a client, and or arms deep in bubbles. We tend to book out 2 to 3 weeks at a time and are open Tuesday through Saturday. Please call for more information on appointment time windows.
